Earlier this offseason, the NFL confirmed it will start allowing teams to start wearing alternate color helmets beginning in 2022.
This paves the way for teams to either create a new look entirely, or bring back some of their iconic uniforms, which, as you would expect, is what the fans want.
When it comes to the Colts, this rule change will allow them to revive their gorgeous blue throwbacks, which, for some bizarre reason, have two horseshoes on the back of the helmet as opposed to the side where they belong.
