The Indianapolis Colts announced on Wednesday that the team has signed former Seattle Seahawks defensive end Damontre Moore.
Originally a 2013 3rd round pick of the New York Giants, the 6’4”, 260 pound (with 34 3/4” arms) d-lineman has made a number of professional stops—including also with the Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, and San Francisco 49ers.
Moore has recorded 97 tackles (69 solo), 12 tackles for loss, 11.0 sacks, 4 forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery during 66 career games.
The Colts are down some defensive linemen depth-wise, as 2nd-year pro Robert Windsor (hip) was recently placed on season-ending injured reserve, while Al-Quadin Muhammad was a fresh addition to the team’s Reserve/COVID-19 list.
