The Colts have a relatively high pick for the second time in the Chris Ballard era. The first time that happened in 2018, Ballard traded back and hit the entire draft class out of the park. Now he has the opportunity to do the same thing here in 2020.
There are stark differences between the teams he had in 2018 and now though. He had a franchise quarterback in Andrew Luck that he was trying to build around. That may not be the case in 2020, as they are still unsure in Jacoby Brissett moving forward as their guy.
