INDIANAPOLIS — Chuck Pagano will apparently continue on with a National Football League job in 2018 — he just won’t be on the sideline.
Denver7’s Troy Renck reports Pagano, the former Indianapolis Colts head coach, is “expected to take (the) fall off” from coaching but will instead work with the NFL as a consultant.
Pagano, the Colts’ head coach for six seasons from 2012 through 2017, spoke to Renck Wednesday at the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame banquet, where Pagano’s father, legendary high school coach Sam Pagano, was being inducted among a Class of 2018 that also included former Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.
