ANDERSON, Ind. -- Enough was enough for Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano on Sunday.

A day after the first scuffle in practice, Pagano kicked center Jonotthan Harrison and defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles out of practice for fighting.
