INDIANAPOLIS — Carson Wentz spent the first two days of the week welcoming his second daughter, Hudson Rose, into the world.
Wentz had planned to play in Sunday’s win over Jacksonville regardless of the baby’s status, but it did not end up being something the Colts quarterback had to worry about.
According to ESPN, doctors induced labor on Monday, bringing Hudson Rose into the world on Tuesday at 7 pounds, 14 ounces and 19.75 inches.
“Very busy, long days having baby girl No. 2, but it was definitely a blessing,” Wentz said. “Not a ton of sleep in the past two days, so we’re hoping for some good sleep tonight.
