Barry Sanders shares feelings on Andrew Luck

The fallout of Andrew Luck’s retirement continues to resonate around the league. Everyone is trying to find out what this means for the Colts moving forward, and are still shocked that someone so young and talented could have retired this early.

Someone who was at the top of their game and did the same thing is Barry Sanders. The former Lions running back was the most dynamic player in the game when he abruptly retired in 1998 at the age of only 30. He had plenty left in the tank and decided to walk away from the game.
