NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Jordan Wilkins felt great Sunday.
Finally back to full strength, he knew carries were coming. Playing in his home state, family and friends in the crowd. Then Wilkins realized he was there on the day the Titans retired Eddie George’s number.
Wilkins grew up in Cordova, Tenn., just outside Memphis, three hours or so from Nissan Stadium. For a minute or two, he let himself drink in the moment, told Colts running backs coach Tom Rathman before the game about the Titans legend who inspired him.
