Analyzing Colts draft needs: Offensive line

Where to start with this group? The Colts' offensive line was an utter mess throughout the 2014 season — mixed and matched yet never stable. No position group save the running backs (See: Trent Richardson) plagued this team more than the inconsistencies along the O-line.

It will need to be better this season, plain and simple. And the Colts know it.

The good news: When the Colts finally settled on one lineup, the group gelled well enough to protect Andrew Luck admirably throughout a playoff run that lasted to the AFC Championship Game. Granted, it was the team's 11th different combination along the line (a league high) but the numbers speak for themselves: In three playoff games — 210 total snaps — the Colts allowed Luck to be sacked just twice.
