The Colts took Cincinnati defensive lineman Curtis Brooks in the sixth round (216th overall). Here’s what to know about him:
He was part of the Bearcats’ transformation
Brooks redshirted his first season, which was Tommy Tuberville’s final season with the program. He took the extra year granted to players due to COVID, leading the team with 7.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss.
He missed time during the 2020 season due to an ankle sprain and decided to come back for another season.
“Last year, I didn’t have the year I wanted to. I had a high-ankle sprain,” he told the Cincinnati Enquirer.
