Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Art Schlichter — known more for his nearly four decades of gambling than his time on the football field — was set to be released from federal prison in Colorado this month.
This week Schlichter learned that once he is released from Federal Correctional Institute in Florence, he will serve at least nine more months in an Ohio penitentiary to finish his state sentence for a massive ticket scheme that bilked millions of dollars from his victims.
