General manager Chris Ballard acknowledged that wide receiver was a position of need for the Colts during his NFL Combine press conference and that Indianapolis’ front office will work to improve their receiving corps this offseason.
Getting a big, physical receiver like Terrelle Pryor in free agency could be a good move for the Colts to compliment T.Y. Hilton’s skillset.
Pryor played quarterback in his first three NFL seasons, but he made the transition to wide receiver before the 2015 season.
He didn’t see the field much in 2015, but he enjoyed a breakout year in 2016 gaining over 1,000 yards receiving with 4 touchdowns.
