Wide receiver is a position of need for the Colts this offseason. While general manager Chris Ballard had some kind words to say about Chester Rogers in his press conference at the NFL Combine, he did acknowledge that Indianapolis will address that position in free agency and the draft.
Paul Richardson just finished his rookie contract in Seattle, and he will be hitting the open market. He gained 271 yards receiving with a touchdown as a rookie in 2014, missed most of the 2015 season with an injury, and gained 288 yards receiving with a touchdown in 2016.
