“On behalf of Indiana State Athletics, I’m excited to see the completed project and happy our women’s swimming and diving program will have a great home and great community partners.” Interim Director of Athletics Angie Lansing said. “This state-of-the-art facility will give us an edge in competition and recruiting. The Sycamores are looking forward to hosting collegiate teams for dual meets and possibly conference championships in the very near future.”
The 50-meter by 25-yard Olympic sized poll features a diving well, therapy pool and seating for 350 people. The Sycamores will share the facility with all the Vigo County schools and host home dual meets there next season.
