TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Senior All-American David Timlin had a fantastic showing in the men's 1500-meter run at the ISU Twilight, Indiana State's meet that was announced just Thursday to replace the cancelled Billy Hayes Invite scheduled for Friday.
Timlin ran an incredible time of 3:42.93 to pick up a victory and set the new facility record at the Gibson Track & Field Complex. His new time is 41st in the NCAA, 16th in the East, and best in the Valley.
"We were really glad to host the meet, I think it turned out to be an advantage for us," said ISU head coach Angela Martin.
