TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Former Indiana State NCAA Champion and Olympian Felisha Johnson (shot put) and current Sycamores and recent Second-Team All-Americans Marcus Neely (110-meter hurdles) and David Timlin (1500-meter) will compete at the USA Track & Field Championships this Thursday through Sunday.
Unlike two weeks ago, the goal won't necessarily be a national championship, but rather a trip to the IAAF World Championships in London on Aug. 5-13. To qualify, athletes must finish within the top-three in their events and have attained the IAAF entry standard – which Johnson already owns in the shot put at a season-best 18.
