TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Redshirt senior guard Cierra Ceazer and junior forward Rhagen Smith each put in a team-high 13 points as Indiana State used a big third quarter to run past the Evansville Purple Aces, 57-45, on Friday night inside Hulman Center.
Ceazer added nine rebounds, four assists and two steals on a 50 percent clip from the floor in the victory, marking the Sycamores’ fourth-straight win – its longest streak since they rattled off 10 straight wins in non-conference play last season.
Redshirt junior forward Joyea Marshall led on the glass with her ninth game in double-digit boards with 11 to lead all rebounders.
