TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Trailing by nine points with just over 11 minutes remaining, the Sycamores needed a spark and got several qualifying contributions down the stretch to take a 79-75 victory over visiting Indianapolis in front of 3,491 fans inside Hulman Center on Saturday afternoon.
The Sycamores improved to 4-5 while Indianapolis is 5-3 on the season.
On the sidelines and honored in pregame ceremonies was 91-years young Duane Klueh, who has his No. 54 hanging in the rafters of Hulman Center and is the all-time winningest head coach in the history of the program.
