TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State volleyball was unable to keep pace with a powerful Drake offense on Sunday afternoon in the ISU Arena, falling to the Bulldogs 3-0.
With the 3-0 [20-25, 21-25, 21-25] defeat, Indiana State had their two-game winning streak snapped and moved to 6-8 (6-7 MVC) on the year while the Bulldogs improved to 9-5 (7-4 MVC).
Offensively, a duo of Trees surpassed 10 kills led by with 11. Gretchen Kucckan, who didn't enter the match until the second frame, ended with 10 kills to go along with four digs.
