WICHITA, Kan. – Indiana State Baseball (29-17, 9-6 MVC) secured their ninth MVC win of the season with a series victory over the Wichita State Shockers (17-31, 7-8 MVC). The Sycamores split the day as the Shockers took game one, 11-9, but would bounce back to earn a game three win, 8-6. Sophomore Tyler Friis led the day at the plate for ISU, going 6-for-9 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Junior Hunter Owen did some damage at the plate as he finished the day 5-for-10 with two RBIs, two runs scored, and two doubles.
