TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Indiana State softball team split a doubleheader against Missouri State on Saturday afternoon at Price Field. The Sycamores dropped game one by a score of 11-1 before taking the second game behind a Lexi Benko complete game in the circle, 7-3.
Indiana State moved to 18-24 on the season and 11-12 in MVC play while Missouri State sits at 22-16 and 13-6 in Valley action.

Missouri State jumped out in front in the top of the first inning brining in six runs on five hits.
