TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Indiana State women's basketball closed out its exhibition slate with a 72-46 victory over Illinois-Springfield Sunday afternoon inside the Hulman Center.
Senior forward led the charge for the Sycamores with her second double-digit scoring game in-a-row after putting up a game high 18 points and 13 rebounds.
finished with 11 points while newcomer scored 10 in her Hulman Center debut. Sophomore finished with six points and a team best four assists.
After getting over the home court jitters early, the Sycamores used its defensive prowess to force UIS into seven turnovers which the Trees turned into 10 first quarter points.
