ST. LOUIS, Mo. – was honored with the Missouri Valley Football Conference's President's Council Academic Excellence Award highlighting 84 Sycamores overall that were named to the conference's academic honor roll on Thursday.
Ferrell was honored with the President's Council Academic Excellence Award as one of just 50 student-athletes across the MVFC Fifty to earn earned the league's highest academic achievement. The President's Council Academic Excellence Award requires a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average (through Fall 2023 semester) and participation in athletics a minimum of two years. The student-athlete must be scheduled to graduate by the end of the summer of 2024.
