TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State used their defensive mentality throughout the entire game to earn a 61-53 victory over visiting Bradley on Saturday afternoon in front of a season-high 4,159 fans inside Hulman Center.
The Sycamores improved to a perfect 8-0 at home and moved to 11-8, 4-4 MVC while Bradley fell to 14-7, 5-3 MVC. Indiana State is now 9-1 against the Braves at home in the last 10 years.
The Braves hit 21-of-45 shots in the game to hold a 46.7 percent mark from the field while ISU was limited to just 36.
