TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State women's basketball battled for three quarters, but the short-handed Sycamores fell late to Southern Illinois on Saturday afternoon, 76-52.
The Sycamores now fall to 4-12 (1-10 MVC) on the year while Southern Illinois improved their record to 8-10 (5-8 MVC).
Jamyra McChristine led the way for the Blue & White, recording a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, five of which were offensive, to go along with three steals. Adrian Folks led all scorers with 14 points and chipped-in five rebounds while Caitlin Anderson added 11 points and four rebounds.
