TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Sycamore women's basketball used a strong third quarter to pull away from in-state rival Evansville on Wednesday evening to help give Indiana State an 85-69 senior day victory over the Purple Aces.
With the win, Indiana State improves to 5-10 (2-10 MVC) while the Purple Aces fall to 6-13 (2-12 MVC).
It was a big offensive night for the Sycamores, led by Adrian Folks with 23 points and 13 rebounds to go along with two steals while Marie Hunter added 17 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double of her own.
