The Sycamores led Missouri State 13-2 in the middle of the ninth but were not able to complete the game because of a drop-dead time set in place due to the Double-A Springfield Cardinals homestand taking precedence in the evening.
ISU dropped game two of the series on Saturday morning 4-3 in eight innings as the Bears evened the series. The Sycamores are currently 22-12 overall and 9-5 in Missouri Valley Conference action.
