NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Indiana State Track & Field teams concluded their stay in Nashville on Saturday with a competitive day two of the Black & Gold Invitational.
"This was a very good opening weekend for us," Head Coach Angela Martin said. "I think our positives outweighed the negatives and we got to see the things we need to work on. This season is going to fly by, so we have to stay aggressive in our training. I am excited to see how we perform at our next meet."
The lone victory on Saturday came during the last women's event of the day, as the 4X400-meter relay team of Imani Davis, Imani Hall, Jezel Martin and Rebecca Odusola claimed the win with a time of 3:46.
