OXFORD, Ohio – Claire Parsons became the second Sycamore in program history to earn an NCAA B Cut time highlighting three event wins and four Indiana State school records that went down on the final day of the Miami Invitational.
Parsons took the win in the 1650-yard Freestyle, setting new school marks in both the 1000-yard (9:57.49) and the 1650 (16:31.28) in the process. Her time made her just the second Sycamore to earn an NCAA B Cut and first since Blance Saez-Illobre achieved the feat in the 400-yard IM at the 2018 MVC Championships.
