SAINT-DENIS, France – Former Indiana State sprinter Noah Malone won his second medal of the 2024 Paralympic Games Thursday morning, taking home silver in the T12 400m inside the Stade de France.
Malone ran a time of 49.35 in the finals to place second behind Morocco's Mouncef Bouja, who ran a time of 48.62. In the first round, Malone ran a season-best time of 48.65 and had the top qualifying time among all athletes in the field.
Malone ran a time of 10.71 in the finals and was originally pipped to the gold medal by Turkey's Serkan Yildirim by one-hundredth of a second.
