TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State Women's Soccer's Alexa Mackey was named this week's GoGo Squeez ISU Student-Athlete of the Week as announced by the athletic department on Monday afternoon.
Mackey recorded her first collegiate hat-trick this past Thursday in leading the Indiana State women's soccer team to the 10-0 season-opening win over Saint Mary-of-the-Woods at Memorial Stadium. Her hat-trick was a part of a 10-goal explosion offensively that featured seven different players scoring their first collegiate goal at Indiana State, while 13 players overall recorded points in the win over the Pomeroys.
