EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Redshirt junior forward Joyea Marshall poured in 14 points and had a team-high nine rebounds as a total of three Sycamores scored in double figures to beat Evansville, 59-44, inside Ford Center.
Redshirt senior guard Cierra Ceazer added 13 points and senior guard Alexis Newbolt also had 10 as the Sycamores picked up their seventh straight win in Evansville. Junior forward Rhagen Smith and redshirt junior forward Kelsey Dirks each grabbed eight rebounds while redshirt sophomore forward Ashley Taia added eight points. Dirks tied a career-high four blocks in the win, moving her up to a tie for sixth place in a single season in blocks.
