TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State Sycamore Softball will head down south to play in the Purple and Gold Challenge Tournament in Nashville, Tenn. on the campus of Lipscomb University.
First pitch of the tournament against UMBC is slated for 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28.
On Saturday, Feb. 29, the blue and white will play UMBC again at 10 a.m. and will play SIU Edwardsville at 5:30 p.m.
Finally, the tournament will wrap up on Sunday, Mar. 1, and the trees will play tournament host, Lipscomb University at 2:30 p.m.
Lexi Benko picked up her second career win and first career save this past weekend.
