TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State head football coach Curt Mallory has announced that 16 prospective student-athletes have signed their National Letters of Intent on Wednesday.
Twelve of the 16 signees are from the high school ranks, while the Sycamores welcome four JUCO transfers.
