CHARLESTON, S.C. – Indiana State volleyball concluded their stay in Charleston, S.C. with a loss to tournament host College of Charleston, 1-3 (25-10,19-25,21-25,19-25), in the final match of the invitational.
Defensively, the Sycamores (1-2, 0-0 MVC) were consistent, led by libero with 18 digs. Sophomores and each added 13, helping the Trees to a 60-56 advantage over the Cougars (2-1, 0-0 CAA).
The Cougars were in control at the net, ending with nine blocks to the Sycamores' five. Freshman led the way with three block assists while , and each added two block assists.
