TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Former Indiana State standout sprinter Noah Malone qualified for his second straight Paralympic Games following a strong showing at the US Paralympic Trials. Team USA's official selections, which included Malone, were announced Sunday.
Malone will compete in the T12 classifications of the 100m and 400m dash, and could also be included in Team USA's relay pool for the universal 4x100m relay in Paris. He ran times of 10.56 in the 100m and 49.91 in the 400m at the US Paralympic Trials Friday and Saturday in Miramar, Florida, and has positioned himself to be among the medal contenders in Paris.
