PEORIA, Ill. – A quick start from Bradley women's basketball propelled the Braves to an 86-52 victory over Indiana State on Friday night inside of Renaissance Coliseum.
Opening the game on a 19-2 run and holding a 37-4 advantage at the end of the first quarter, the Braves (13-11, 9-8 MVC) controlled every facet of the game and led buzzer-to-buzzer. The Sycamores fall to 5-13 (2-11 MVC) with the loss.
A trio of Trees managed to finish in double-figures, led by and who each ended with 13 points. Elder connected on three triples, ending 3-of-5 from deep.
