WAUKEE, Iowa – Alexandria Cotter and Claire Parsons both won individual titles highlighting a day that featured five school records going down as Indiana State closed out the third day of the Missouri Valley Conference Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday evening.
Cotter claimed the 400-yard IM title for the first time in her collegiate career, while Parsons came storming back through the field to win the 200-yard Freestyle title to claim Indiana State's second and third championships of the conference meet. Sahara Visscher was on the podium for the third time (first as an individual) in the 100-yard Backstroke, while Ali Pearson and the Indiana State 200-yard Freestyle Relay team also set new school marks in the evening.
