TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State volleyball earned their second-consecutive comeback victory of the year, defeating Austin Peay 3-2 (21-25, 28-26, 22-25, 25-22, 15-8) to earn the Sycamore Invitational championship and extend their winning streak to five matches.
was named the Most Valuable Player for the tournament, recording 40 kills for 2.86 per set to go along with 51 digs (3.64 per set) and 11 blocks. She recorded a double-double in each match of the tournament and hit an impressive .406 against Austin Peay on Saturday.
