CHICAGO, Ill. -- Having played 113 minutes in her career heading into Wednesday night's non-conference women's soccer matchup against Illinois-Chicago, sophomore Camryn Degrafft played her usual role by coming into the contest midway through the first half to be solid on defense and give the starters a rest. But on this night, it was hard for the starters to get too much rest on the bench as they were up and cheering the brilliant goal by DeGrafft as Indiana State edged UIC by the score of 1-0 at Flames Field in downtown Chicago.

ISU leveled their season record at 2-2-1 while the Flames fell to 0-5-0.
