ST. LOUIS -- For the second consecutive game the Sycamores put two scorers into double figures and this time Indiana State used that as well as a stingy defense to earn a 76-68 road victory over Saint Louis in front of 7,244 fans inside Chaifetz Arena.
Indiana State improved to 5-6 on the year and won for the second time in a row. Saint Louis fell to 5-5. The win stopped a nine-game losing skid to the Billikens which dated back to 1983 and was the Sycamores' first win at Saint Louis since February 21, 1977.
