To say the Indiana Pacers looked terrible last night against the Charlotte Hornets could be misconstrued as a compliment, but it is the best way to describe the 22-point beatdown they received.
The Indy Star’s Candace Buckner pointed out that the Pacers haven’t won more than two games in a row since 2015, but in the game against the Hornets, it was the first time you could blame it on a lack of effort.
“They were up more for this game than we were,” Paul George said. “A game like this, especially on our floor, we’ve got to handle business, (but) we fell through.
