Myles Turner showed once again that he is the most effective center on Team USA’s roster, as the 7-footer scored 10 points along with 15 rebounds in USA’s 84-68 victory over Canada.
Team USA took no time to get going, as the Americans’ defense stifled Canada to only nine points in the first quarter, giving them an 11-point lead going into the second quarter. The team never looked back the rest of the way.
USA was led by Jaylen Brown who scored 19 points off the bench. Kemba Walker and Donovan Mitchell each scored 12 points.
