Trevor Booker‘s stint with the Indiana Pacers was short, but it was very important.
Joining the team just in time to kick off March, Booker immediately became an important part of the Pacers rotation. He was much more useful than TJ Leaf and Al Jefferson, and his veteran know-how made him fit right in within the harmonious locker room. It was a great fit.
But with the additions of Kyle O’Quinn and Alize Johnson in the frontcourt his summer, there wasn’t any more room for Booker in Indiana. And even more unfortunately for T-Book, the market for him seemed to be pretty much non-existent.
