The Toronto Raptors Overpower the Indiana Pacers in Game 2

The Raptors still couldn’t make 3-pointers in Game 2 (4 of 20), but winning the rebounding battle helped them power past the Pacers in Game 2.

After Ian Mahinmi and Myles Turner both exited the game at different points with back injuries, Jonas Valanciunas had his way in the paint with 23 points and 15 rebounds. Jonas helped the Raptors win the points in the paint battle with 46 to Indiana’s 30.

On Indiana’s side of things, Paul George had 23 points and Monta Ellis had 15. While both shot at least 50% — PG was 8 of 15, Monta was 6 of 12 — no other Pacer had double-digit points.
