The Fort Wayne Mad Ants split a pair of home games last week, defeating the Reno Bighorns and falling to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, and were joined by two new Pacers assignees for the latter matchup.
Fort Wayne (9-7) beat the Reno Bighorns, affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, 129-114 on Tuesday, Dec. 22. Four of five Mad Ants starters scored in double figures, led by Terran Petteway’s 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Pacers assignee Rakeem Christmas posted his fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Walter Lemon Jr. made another big impact off the bench, leading all scorers with 25 points on 8-of-17 shooting and a perfect 7-for-7 at the free throw line.
