Solomon Hill’s Game-Tying 3 Came a Tenth of a Second Too Late to Count

There may only be one player — nay, one member of the entire Indiana Pacers organization — who can come away clean from the team’s Game 5 collapse. Solomon Hill hit two huuuuuuge 3-pointers in the closing second to nearly give the Pacers once last chance to redeem themselves for the embarrassment they had endured over the previous 12 minutes.

Unfortunately, once one of those 2 triples counted.

The second one, which would have tied the game at the buzzer, came just one-tenth of a second after time expired.

Paul George said as the star, he was tempted to take that last shot, but he saw Solo open.
