The Indiana Pacers reportedly agreed to trade Paul George to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, according to ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne.
Whew, that came out of nowhere and the news is surely a shock.
In the trade, the Pacers bring back Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis from the Thunder. And no draft picks. None.
The trade is a stunner considering all of the reports of potential better deals from the Lakers, Celtics and even the Cavs. But in the end, those reports, which continue to flow after the fact, must have been more hollow than reported.
