Despite having a roster of 15 players — the maximum allowable in the NBA — the Indiana Pacers continue to show interest in others. Larry Bird inked Alex Poythress to a “partially guaranteed” deal yesterday, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, and now he is reportedly eyeing former Washington Wizard Kevin Seraphin.
Seraphin is currently teamless after playing 48 games for the New York Knicks last season and reportedly drawing interest from FC Barcelona in the Spanish league. According to Yann Ohnona of L’Equipe, via Sean Highkin of NBC Sports, the Pacers are also in the mix for the services of 6’10” forward.
