Rakeem Christmas Headed to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants

After playing in only playing for seven minutes in one game so far this season with the Indiana Pacers, Rakeem Christmas is headed back to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the NBA Development League.

The Pacers announced the move this morning on their website.

In 48 games with the Mad Ants last season, Christmas averaged 13.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game. He made the D-League All-Star game, scoring 10 points and grabbing 8 rebounds.

Christmas will look to build off of last season’s work and develop his game more so he can re-join the Pacers on the NBA roster again at some point.
